    Individual search -

Here you simply type in their name; the results page shows their name, date of birth, the court (usually left blank), restriction type, reference number, and start date. These searches may be to determine the history of a potential business partner etc. You can complete this through the bankruptcy and insolvency register. This register includes the details of people throughout England and Wales who have gone bankrupt, entered into an Individual Voluntary Arrangement or signed a debt relief order. You can check a file through the Individual Insolvency Register.

    How we can help

Whilst such searches are very straight forward you may prefer to appoint ourselves to do this for you. To be able to instruct us you need to open a case by simply clicking the link at the top of this page, you will then need to deposit a sum equal to one hour’s usage, upon receipt of these funds you will be assigned your personal caseworker who will telephone you to discuss the matter and make suggestions on how to proceed. Please note your caseworker can only give generic advice, their role is to prepare your details for handling by our legal team and to act as your point of contact, they will also issue you with your Password and PIN, these will be needed to log onto your client dashboard.
